About the Role Maintec is seeking an experienced IBM FileNet Developer & Support Engineer for a long-term contract position. This role involves development, administration, and support of IBM FileNet systems. Key Responsibilities • Develop, administer, and configure IBM FileNet 5.x • Handle FileNet upgrades, deployments, and production support • Work with FileNet APIs, content migration, and storage integration • Utilize monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, and Grafana • Implement cloud technologies, automation, and infrastructure as code • Manage Ansible, Terraform, REST APIs, and microservices • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident management • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Ensure application monitoring and platform stability Requirements • Strong experience in enterprise content management • Knowledge of distributed systems • Experience in production support • Understanding of cloud transformation • Proficiency in IBM FileNet development and administration
