About the Role We are looking for a skilled IBM Sterling OMS Engineer with strong Java development expertise to join our growing team. This role involves designing, developing, customizing, and supporting the IBM Sterling Order Management System. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, customize, and support IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) • Build and enhance Sterling solutions using Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot • Customize Sterling APIs, Services, Agents, Pipelines, Transactions, and User Exits • Develop REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis • Collaborate with business and technical teams on implementations and enhancements • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS • Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and REST APIs • Sterling OMS customization and integration experience • Oracle SQL and database design • Retail, E-commerce, or Supply Chain domain experience • Git, debugging, and problem-solving skills Good to Have • AWS / Azure / GCP, CI/CD, DevOps, and Microservices
