About the Role We are looking for an Icertis Developer to join our team, focusing on Contract Lifecycle Management solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop and configure Icertis CLM and ICM systems • Configure workflows and approval processes • Manage contract templates and clause libraries • Implement custom fields, layouts, and obligation management • Work with REST APIs, web services, and enterprise system integrations Requirements • 3+ years of hands-on Icertis CLM experience • Strong development and configuration experience • Experience with SQL, JSON, XML, and Azure cloud technologies • Must have genuine hands-on experience, not just functional knowledge • Experience with contract templates, clause libraries, and obligation management
