About the Role We are looking for experienced IGA Specialists with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM 2016), Microsoft Entra ID, and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). Key Responsibilities • Design and maintain IGA solutions using Microsoft MIM 2016 and Microsoft Entra ID • Manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and automated identity provisioning • Configure MIM Synchronization Service, management agents, workflows, and synchronization rules • Implement Entra ID Governance features, including Access Reviews, Entitlement Management, Lifecycle Workflows, and PIM • Manage hybrid identity synchronization using Microsoft Entra Connect and Cloud Sync • Support MIM modernization and migration to Microsoft Entra ID Governance • Develop PowerShell scripts, SQL queries, and C# rules extensions • Troubleshoot identity synchronization issues and support security audits and compliance requirements Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM 2016) and Microsoft Entra ID • Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and IAM • Active Directory, Entra Connect, and Cloud Sync • Identity lifecycle management, RBAC, Access Reviews, and SoD controls • PowerShell, SQL Server, and C# • SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM • Experience in MIM-to-Entra ID Governance migration or modernization
