About the Role We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead a high-impact healthcare technology initiative focused on payments and PCI compliance. Key Responsibilities • Lead full software implementation lifecycle from planning through go-live • Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders • Drive collaboration across Finance, Payments, Security, Technology, and Vendor teams • Ensure payment workflows and integrations comply with PCI requirements • Oversee testing, UAT, cutover planning, deployment, and implementation readiness • Provide executive-level status reporting, governance, and risk management Requirements • 5+ years of Project/Implementation Management experience • Strong experience managing Payments or Financial Technology projects • Hands-on knowledge of PCI Compliance, Security Controls, and Payment Processing • Enterprise software implementation experience from requirements through deployment • Proven success managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred • Healthcare technology industry experience • Exposure to payment integrations and transaction processing platforms Important: Candidates must have demonstrable experience in both Payments and PCI Compliance.
