About the Role We are seeking an Information Security Operations Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on driving the direction of the IAM program to ensure applications and platforms adhere to security standards. Key Responsibilities • Drive the direction of the IAM program • Ensure applications and platforms adhere to security standards • Leverage automation and scripting to streamline IAM Governance processes • Build and maintain integrations between identity governance platforms • Utilize scripting and automation to support provisioning, access reviews, and privileged access management workflows Requirements • Strong understanding of security standards and industry best practices • Experience with automation and scripting • Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, Tines, and AI-enabled coding tools • Knowledge of identity governance platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, and CyberArk
