About the Role We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to support banking infrastructure in Boston, MA. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position with 3 days onsite in Boston. Key Responsibilities • Administer and support cloud-based infrastructure and SaaS platforms • Assist with deployment, maintenance, and optimization of AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365 services • Participate in cloud migration and modernization initiatives • Monitor system health, performance, capacity, and availability • Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID • Support identity and access management in a hybrid environment • Troubleshoot email, collaboration, authentication, and device management issues • Support and maintain LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, firewall, and internet connectivity • Perform structured network troubleshooting • Participate in network infrastructure projects • Administer business-critical SaaS applications • Work directly with vendors to resolve technical issues • Maintain inventory and documentation of cloud and SaaS platforms • Support implementation of security controls and vulnerability remediation • Participate in audit preparation, compliance activities, and incident response Requirements • 3–6 years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments • Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID • Solid networking fundamentals: switching, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless • Real troubleshooting experience • Experience with identity management technologies
