About the Role We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Performance/Load Testing to build and maintain scalable test environments for distributed applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and maintain GCP/GKE performance testing environments • Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters, workloads, namespaces, networking, and services • Build repeatable infrastructure using Terraform / IaC • Automate environment setup, configuration, teardown, and reset • Prepare and manage test data, database seeding, refresh, and cleanup • Configure and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing • Integrate performance testing with CI/CD pipelines • Monitor infrastructure and application performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog • Analyze CPU, memory, network, storage, pod/node, database, latency, throughput, and error metrics • Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and conduct root-cause analysis • Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, QA, and Software Engineering teams Requirements • 6+ years of Infrastructure / DevOps / SRE / Cloud Engineering experience • Strong GCP / GKE experience • Strong Kubernetes experience • Terraform / Infrastructure as Code • Linux & networking fundamentals • Python, Bash, or Go scripting • CI/CD automation • Prometheus / Grafana / Datadog • Performance & Load Testing concepts • Distributed application troubleshooting
