About the Role We are looking for an Infrastructure Software Engineer to join a confidential AI company. This role focuses on connecting cloud infrastructure, durable workflows, databases, and the customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Turn complex engineering problems into simple, self-serve products for non-technical business owners • Work on authentication, billing, CMS, files and media • Design and implement core capabilities that customers depend on every day Requirements • Owned and launched a whole product module • Operated Temporal, Cadence, AWS Step Functions, or a comparable system in production • Managed infrastructure with Terraform or CDK • Orchestrated fleets of servers or containers • Understand database design, scaling, and performance • Use AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow The role targets engineers with 2–10 years of experience and at least one year at a fast-growing early-stage startup or a high-bar developer-tools/product company.
