About the Role We are seeking an experienced Insights & Analytics Practice Lead to build and grow a Life Sciences analytics practice supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare organizations. This role combines practice leadership, strategic consulting, business development, advanced analytics, and client delivery. Key Responsibilities • Define practice strategy, service offerings, and growth plans. • Lead analytics teams, consultants, data scientists, and delivery engagements. • Advise executives on analytics strategy, digital transformation, and data-driven decisions. • Lead commercial analytics initiatives, including sales effectiveness, omnichannel analytics, market access, forecasting, and patient services. • Oversee AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and Generative AI solutions. • Develop data and technology strategies using platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, Veeva, and Salesforce. • Manage practice P&L, revenue growth, utilization, and client satisfaction. • Drive business development, client relationships, proposals, SOWs, and account expansion. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field. • 12+ years of experience in life sciences analytics, consulting, commercial operations, or data strategy. • 5+ years leading consulting practices, analytics teams, or large delivery organizations. • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization and commercial operations. • Experience managing executive relationships and multi-million-dollar consulting engagements. • Proven ability to build teams, develop service offerings, and grow business.
