About the Role We are looking for an Insurance Product Manager to join Tanu Infotech. This role focuses on managing insurance products with a focus on Property & Casualty (P&C) domain using Guidewire. Key Responsibilities • Define product requirements and manage product backlogs • Prioritize business needs and collaborate with stakeholders • Work with developers and cross-functional teams • Understand and manage insurance business processes and product lifecycle Requirements • Strong experience as an Insurance Product Manager or Product Owner • Mandatory P&C Insurance domain knowledge • Mandatory Guidewire program experience • Ability to define product requirements and manage product backlogs • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams • Strong understanding of insurance business processes and product lifecycle management • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
