About the Role We are looking for an Integration Developer to join the State of PA team. This role focuses on designing and implementing integrations for tolling systems, toll collection, and traffic management using Azure cloud solutions and IVR systems. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement integrations for tolling systems, toll collection, and traffic management • Develop and optimize IVR systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integrations • Ensure high-volume processing capabilities and enterprise integration architecture Requirements • 8+ years of experience with Azure cloud solutions, IVR systems, and external system integrations • Strong knowledge of Azure Government and Commercial Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) • Experience designing integrations for tolling systems, toll collection, and traffic management • Strong understanding of enterprise integration architecture and high-volume processing • Proficiency in C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core Web API • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Functions, Service Bus, queues, topics, subscriptions, and dead-letter queues • Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and custom middleware • Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and Azure integrations • JSON/XML transformation, validation, and data mapping • HTTP, Service Bus, Timer, and Blob triggers • SOLID principles, clean coding, and secure API development • IVR system design, development, and optimization Education • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred Important Requirements • Must attend an onsite orientation in Middletown, PA to collect assigned equipment • National Criminal Background Check required before engagement • May require rotating onsite post-go-live support at Middletown locations, including one-to-two-week tours during the six-month support period • Must be available for onsite support when required
