About the Role We are seeking an experienced Integration Solution Architect to lead the modernization of a legacy integration ecosystem built on TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading TIBCO migration initiatives to modern integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or SAP Integration Suite (CPI). Key Responsibilities • Assess existing TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, and Spring Boot integrations and define the target-state architecture. • Lead end-to-end migration and modernization to MuleSoft, Boomi, or SAP Integration Suite. • Design scalable API-led and event-driven integration architectures. • Develop canonical data models and reusable integration standards. • Integrate enterprise systems, including SAP Ariba, Oracle EBS, and PeopleSoft. • Support identity governance integrations with platforms such as Omada. • Define security, monitoring, logging, error handling, and integration governance standards. • Lead technical teams through migration planning, testing, parallel runs, cutover, and production stabilization. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, application teams, and technical leadership. Requirements • 12+ years of enterprise integration experience. • Proven experience leading at least one TIBCO BusinessWorks/EMS migration to MuleSoft, Boomi, or SAP Integration Suite/CPI. • Strong hands-on knowledge of TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, and Java/Spring Boot. • Expert-level experience with at least one modern integration platform: MuleSoft, Boomi, or SAP CPI. • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, messaging technologies, and event-driven integration. • Knowledge of enterprise ERP integrations, preferably SAP Ariba, Oracle EBS, or PeopleSoft. • Experience with canonical data modeling, integration patterns, security, and governance. • Strong communication, architecture documentation, and technical leadership skills.
