Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Internal Hiring: Identify and hire quality recruitment professionals to meet our internal expansion goals. Headhunting: Proactively reach out to successful agency recruiters in the Chennai/Tamil Nadu region. Screening for "Culture Fit": Ensure every new hire aligns with our company’s work ethic and growth mindset. Incentive Negotiation: Explain our structures and career paths to potential hires. Onboarding: Manage the integration of new team members to ensure they are productive from Day 1. Candidate Requirements Proven Track Record: At least 2 years of experience specifically in Internal TA or hiring for a staffing Company Local Network: Strong connections within the Chennai recruitment community.
