About the Role We are looking for an experienced InterSystems HealthShare Developer to join an Agile team and develop, enhance, and support healthcare integration solutions connecting Health Information Exchange (HIE) partners with internal on-premises and cloud-based systems. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement healthcare data integrations using InterSystems HealthShare and IRIS. • Develop and maintain DTL mappings, XSLTs, and workflows for SDA transformations. • Transform healthcare messages between CCDA, FHIR, HL7, and InterSystems SDA formats. • Debug and resolve integration defects involving HIE-connected healthcare participants. • Develop technical specifications from business requirements. • Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices. • Collaborate with technical leads, business teams, and other developers. • Support high-quality delivery within project timelines and budgets. Requirements • 8+ years of experience with InterSystems HealthShare, IRIS, and ObjectScript. • Experience with healthcare integration protocols: TCP/IP, MLLP, SFTP, REST, and SOAP. • Knowledge of healthcare messaging standards: CCDA, HL7, JSON, and XML. • Healthcare interoperability and HIE integration experience. • Strong software development, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
