About the Role We are seeking an Investment Data Analyst to join the Performance Data Solutions Team. This role involves working with performance history data and developing processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Key Responsibilities • Gathering and normalizing large amounts of performance history data from legacy systems • Partnering with IT on building and testing a data loader for delivery into FactSet • Developing reconciliation processes for source to target data sets to ensure accuracy and completeness • Documenting all processes and business decisions related to historical performance data • Partnering with the business team to understand and document data requirements for a new strategic performance toolkit • Organizing requirements into clear delivery paths with input from various data teams • Identifying and documenting data status (in progress, delivered, in backlog)
