About the Role We are looking for an experienced Ionic Mobile Application Developer with strong hands-on experience in Ionic with Angular 13. The candidate should have experience building and supporting hybrid/mobile applications, integrating Firebase services on mobile devices, and consuming backend services hosted on AWS. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain mobile applications using Ionic and Angular 13 • Develop applications targeting Android and iOS from a common Ionic codebase • Integrate and manage Firebase services on mobile devices, including areas such as push notifications, analytics, crash reporting, and application configuration • Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs and backend services hosted on AWS • Troubleshoot mobile application issues, including crashes, performance bottlenecks, API failures, and device-specific issues • Work closely with backend teams using technologies such as Docker, Amazon S3, Redis, RabbitMQ and Amazon MQ • Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, performance optimization, and application releases • Follow secure coding practices for authentication, API communication, local data storage, and cloud integration Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Ionic Framework • Strong experience with Angular 13 • TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS/SCSS • Experience developing and debugging Android/iOS applications • REST API integration and asynchronous programming • Hands-on experience integrating Firebase with mobile applications • Experience with relevant Firebase services such as Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), Crashlytics, Analytics, Authentication, Remote Config • Experience integrating mobile applications with services hosted on AWS • Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, error handling, and distributed application architecture
