About the Role ArkaVanta Systems is seeking a hands-on iOS engineer for a location-aware mobile application with CarPlay integration. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement iOS applications with CarPlay integration • Utilize Core Location and GPS services for location-aware features • Develop and maintain offline data persistence and caching mechanisms • Implement in-app purchases using StoreKit • Ensure high performance and optimization of the application Requirements • 5+ years of experience with Swift and iOS SDK • Experience with Apple CarPlay integration • Strong understanding of Core Location and GPS services • Proficiency in UIKit and SwiftUI • Knowledge of MVVM, MVC, and Clean Architecture • Experience with Swift Concurrency, including async/await, actors, and GCD • Familiarity with ARC, Instruments, and performance optimization • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and URLSession • Experience with XCTest and XCUITest for testing • Experience with App Store Connect and release management • Real project experience with both CarPlay and Core Location
