About the Role We are looking for experienced IP Coders to join our team for remote, long-term positions with hospitals and health systems that offer competitive pay and stability. Key Responsibilities • Code high-acuity inpatient cases including transplants, open heart surgery, complex aortic procedures, ICU stays, high-risk OB and newborn care at Level 1 trauma academic centers • Perform coding audits and quality reviews • Maintain proficiency with Epic and 3M 360 systems • Ensure accurate coding according to CCS standards Requirements • CCS certification required • Experience with Epic and 3M 360 systems • Level 1 trauma center experience preferred • Strong understanding of complex medical cases • Ability to pass assessment without interview Benefits • Remote work opportunity • Long-term contract positions • Work with reputable healthcare systems
