About the Role We are looking for an experienced iPipeline IFS Platform Specialist with strong hands-on experience in IFS platform configuration and iGrafx workflow creation. Key Responsibilities • Configure iPipeline IFS platform • Create and configure Rules, Rulesets, Reflections, Pages, and Questions in IFS • Create workflows using iGrafx • Manage Service Request and SLA-based issue resolution • Plan, execute, and support post-deployment activities • Understand module integration and system configuration • Troubleshoot, solve problems, and optimize processes • Communicate effectively and collaborate cross-functionally Requirements • Hands-on experience with iPipeline IFS platform configuration • Experience creating and configuring Rules, Rulesets, Reflections, Pages, and Questions in IFS • Hands-on experience with iGrafx for workflow creation within IFS • Service Request Management and SLA-based issue resolution • Deployment planning, execution, and post-deployment support • Understanding of module integration and system configuration • Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and process optimization • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Preferred Skills • Financial Services / Insurance domain experience • Workflow automation and process improvement • ITIL practices and service management • Implementation and production support experience
