About the Role We are looking for an experienced IT Director to join our team. This role involves assessing, onboarding into, and leading technical environments and IT teams. Key Responsibilities • Rapidly evaluate infrastructure, systems, processes, and team dynamics • Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities • Build credibility with technical teams and business stakeholders • Drive operational improvements and technology alignment • Manage an existing 1/3/5 roadmap under the direction of Interim CIO Requirements • Proven IT leadership experience • Ability to quickly understand complex environments and deliver results • Strong background in infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT operations • Hands-on, strategic, and execution-focused leader • Experience integrating & modernizing legacy applications
