About the Role We are seeking an IT P2P Product Manager to join our team at UKG. This role focuses on managing the product lifecycle for Procure-to-Pay solutions. Key Responsibilities • Manage P2P product roadmap and backlog • Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for product development • Coordinate with stakeholders for requirements gathering • Lead UAT and process improvement initiatives • Drive automation and integration strategies Requirements • Expertise in P2P/Source-to-Pay processes • Experience with ERP systems and Accounts Payable • Strong Product Management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks • Stakeholder management and communication skills
