About the Role Nimoyak Technologies is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to drive project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across multiple technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. • Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resources, and timelines. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, technical leads, and external vendors. • Maintain project plans, documentation, RAID logs, dashboards, and management reports. • Identify project risks, resolve blockers, and escalate critical issues. • Support application development, automation, system integration, and digital transformation projects. • Coordinate requirements gathering, UAT, deployment readiness, and change management. • Support project budgeting, vendor coordination, IT governance, and process improvement. Requirements • A bachelor's or postgraduate qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience managing multiple IT projects and coordinating cross-functional teams. • Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management practices. • Knowledge of APIs, application development, cloud platforms, system integrations, and data-driven solutions. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills. • Experience with RAID logs, project dashboards, requirements documentation, and management reporting. • Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, compliance, and change management. Good to have: • PMP / PRINCE2 certification • ITIL knowledge • Experience in CRM, ERP, business intelligence, data analytics, automation, or digital transformation • Experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, consumer healthcare, or retail
