About the Role We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our client's Group IT – Project Portfolio Management team in Doha, Qatar. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage IT projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and successful delivery • Gather, analyze and document business requirements • Prepare Business Requirements (BRD/BR) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD) • Coordinate UAT planning, execution, test scenarios and defect management • Manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communication • Coordinate with business teams, IT teams and third-party vendors • Support PMO governance, portfolio reporting and senior management presentations Requirements • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline • Valid PMP Certification (Mandatory) • Minimum 7+ years of IT Project Management experience • Strong hands-on experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering • Proven experience preparing BRD and FSD documents • Practical experience in UAT, test scripts, defect tracking and sign-off • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and vendors Preferred Qualifications • Banking / Financial Services (BFSI) experience • Experience with Planview, Jira or MS Project • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Additional certifications such as CBAP, PgMP or PMI-PBA Note: Only candidates from Eastern and Central Europe, South America, and Central America will be shortlisted.
