About the Role We are seeking an experienced IT Project/Program Manager to lead end-to-end software development projects and manage multiple cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead IT project/program management with 8+ years of experience • Manage end-to-end software development projects with 6+ years of experience • Strong experience leading multiple cross-functional teams • Implement Agile Software Development methodology • Work with Software Engineering teams, Business Partners, and Product Owners • Utilize Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence • Perform project planning, budgeting, scheduling, project charters, and risk management • Use MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint • Provide enterprise-level project and change management Requirements • 8+ years of overall experience in IT Project/Program Management • 6+ years managing end-to-end software development projects • Strong experience leading multiple cross-functional teams • Agile Software Development methodology • Experience working with Software Engineering teams, Business Partners, and Product Owners • Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence • Project planning, budgeting, scheduling, project charters, and risk management • MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint • Enterprise-level project and change management experience Benefits • C2C work opportunity
