About the Role We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team at Mist Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This role focuses on managing end-to-end IT contract staffing and C2C recruitment. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end IT contract staffing and C2C recruitment • Source consultants through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms • Screen candidates and submit qualified profiles to clients • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent follow-ups • Manage bench consultants and negotiate billing rates • Handle multiple urgent requirements and drive successful closures Requirements • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Domestic IT Contract Staffing / C2C Recruitment • Proven experience in target-driven, high-pressure recruitment environments • Good understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data, Cloud, DevOps, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, and more • Strong LinkedIn sourcing, candidate identification, and negotiation skills • Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities • Ability to manage multiple requirements with tight deadlines and quick turnaround times
