About the Role We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team in Udaipur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and a strong understanding of various technical roles across domains. This role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requirements, and consistently deliver quality candidates. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from requirement gathering to onboarding Understand technical job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels Screen resumes and conduct initial HR and technical screening calls Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Build and maintain relationships with candidates for future opportunities Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house) Strong understanding of IT roles such as developers, testers, DevOps, data engineers.
