About the Role We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist / Lead Software Engineer to join our team. This role requires strong expertise in .NET Core, Vue.js, Angular, and solution architecture to lead application design, development, and implementation. Key Responsibilities • Lead development activities, assign tasks, review progress, and mentor developers • Analyze business requirements, rules, and workflows • Design and develop web applications using Vue.js, Angular, TypeScript, and .NET Core • Build reusable libraries following SOLID principles • Manage code merges, version control, and release deployments • Support configuration and release management • Create process flows, logical diagrams, and data models • Prepare reports, performance metrics, and staff training materials Requirements • 7+ years of application design and implementation in a Lead Software Engineer / Architect role • 7+ years of solution design, requirements gathering, QA, and release management • 7+ years of SOAP and RESTful web services • 7+ years of Vue.js / Angular, .NET Core, .NET Core MVC, C#, and Entity Framework Core • 6+ years of responsive web design using Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and Webpack • 6+ years of building components, modules, and services using Vue.js / Angular, Axios, and Vuex with REST APIs • 6+ years of MS SQL, including queries, stored procedures, and views • 7+ years of collaboration with business analysts and clients on gap analysis, technical specifications, and solution design • Strong leadership, mentoring, and code quality enforcement skills
