About the Role We are looking for an experienced Identity Engineer to lead agentic and non-human identity implementation for Hilton. This role focuses on managing identity and access management systems. Key Responsibilities • Lead agentic and non-human identity implementation • Manage identity and access management systems • Implement solutions for AI agents, service accounts, and OAuth clients Requirements • 10+ years of experience in IAM / platform engineering • Proficiency with SailPoint (IdentityIQ / ISC / Agentic Fabric) • Experience with PingFederate, PingAuthorize, Microsoft Entra & AD • Knowledge of Datadog, Splunk, ServiceNow, SQL/ETL • Automation and API development skills • Established LinkedIn profile required
