About the Role We are seeking an IT Systems & Network Administrator to join our team immediately following an unexpected departure. This role requires someone who can quickly integrate into our environment and help stabilize operations during a critical transition. Key Responsibilities • Handle Level 1 & 2 IT support • Coordinate with Managed Service Providers (MSP) • Manage day-to-day IT operations and user support • Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Remote Desktop Services, SonicWall, and RingCentral systems • Work with hybrid infrastructure Requirements • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Remote Desktop Services • Knowledge of SonicWall and RingCentral • Understanding of hybrid infrastructure • Ability to handle Level 1 & 2 support • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder Benefits • Potential for Contract-to-Hire or Full-Time position
