About the Role We are looking for an IT Technical Support professional to join our team. This role requires onsite work in Iselin, New Jersey, five days per week. Key Responsibilities • Drive hardware delivery and setup • Customize systems for unique end user needs • Analyze, test, and debug computer systems • Offer laptop/desktop break-fix assistance and remote desktop support • Support operating systems, applications, security services, and hardware issue resolution for users • Resolve technical issues with Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN) • Work with IT Infrastructure teams to set up and maintain existing infrastructure environments • Implement necessary controls and procedures to protect information systems assets • Perform data transfer and manage imaging operations
