Japanese-Indonesian Interpreter

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Japanese Interpreter to bridge communication and support our operational excellence. JOB DESCRIPTION · Oral Interpretation: Provide seamless interpretation (Japanese–Indonesian / Indonesian–Japanese) during meetings, briefings, trainings, audits, and daily operational activities. · Written Translation: Translate documents such as emails, reports, SOPs, work instructions, and other official documents (Japanese–Indonesian / Indonesian–Japanese). · Accuracy & Confidentiality: Ensure the highest level of accuracy and maintain strict confidentiality for all interpreted and translated information. · Communication Support: Facilitate effective communication between Japanese management and local employees to prevent misunderstandings. · Cultural Mediation: Assist in explaining Japanese workplace culture and context to local employees and vice versa. REQUIREMENTS · Certification: Minimum JLPT N2 certification. · Experience: At least 4 years of experience in a Japanese automotive manufacturing company. · Availability: Must be available to join immediately (ASAP).
