About the Role We are looking for experienced Java Angular Developers to join digital transformation projects within the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. You will contribute to the development, modernization, and maintenance of key applications. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and enhance Java backend and Angular frontend applications • Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality • Refactor and optimize existing applications • Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and continuous improvement • Collaborate with developers, functional analysts, testers, and project stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment Requirements • Experience with Angular 21 / Angular Material • Knowledge of Java 8 / JEE 7 and Java 21 • Familiarity with Spring Boot / Spring / JPA • Experience with NgRx • Proficiency with DB2 / MySQL • Understanding of REST APIs / OpenAPI • Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Git / GitLab CI/CD • Knowledge of Flyway • Experience with JUnit / Mockito • Familiarity with Apache Maven / Nexus • Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies • Professional French proficiency is mandatory
