About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Java Application Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing new applications, modernizing legacy systems, and building scalable web applications and APIs. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and enhance enterprise Java applications • Build REST APIs and web services using PostgreSQL • Modernize legacy applications and implement new functionalities • Develop and maintain AWS-based CI/CD pipelines • Implement secure authentication and data encryption • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders Requirements • 15+ years of experience in Core Java, Java EE/JEE, JPA, and JPQL • 5+ years of experience with JSF / PrimeFaces • 10+ years of experience with PostgreSQL SQL and PL/pgSQL • 5+ years of experience with AWS / Cloud development • 5+ years of experience developing Java RESTful Web Services • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines Preferred Skills • EJB, Maven, GitHub, and Agile methodologies • OAuth2 / OpenAM authentication • JUnit, Arquillian, and Selenium • Apache JMeter or similar load-testing tools • JIRA and CI/CD pipelines • Database schema design • Experience with legacy application modernization
