About the Role We are looking for an experienced Java Application Developer to develop, enhance, and maintain Java applications and RESTful web services. The candidate will work with a team of developers, engineers, and subject matter experts to build new applications and modernize legacy applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Java-based web applications and REST APIs • Enhance existing applications and replace legacy systems • Integrate applications with PostgreSQL databases • Implement secure authentication and data encryption • Support AWS-based CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate with developers, engineers, and business teams Requirements • 15+ years of experience in Java Core, Java EE, JPA, and JPQL • 5+ years of experience with JSF / PrimeFaces • 10+ years of experience with PostgreSQL SQL and PL/pgSQL • 5+ years of experience with AWS / Cloud development processes • 5+ years of experience developing Java RESTful Web Services Preferred Skills • EJB and JSF frameworks • OAuth2 / OpenAM authentication • Maven, GitHub, and Agile methodologies • JUnit, Arquillian, or similar testing frameworks • Selenium automation testing • Apache JMeter / Load Testing • JIRA and CI/CD pipelines • Database Schema Design • WCAG Accessibility Standards
