About the Role We are looking for an experienced Java AWS Developer to join our team in Richmond, VA. This role involves building, deploying, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native applications. Key Responsibilities • Build, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native applications • Utilize Java and Spring Boot for application development • Work with Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs • Implement AWS Cloud Services including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and API Gateway • Ensure SQL and Relational Databases are properly managed • Implement CI/CD Pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle • Conduct Unit Testing using JUnit and Mockito • Focus on Cloud Security, Performance Optimization, and Troubleshooting Requirements • Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot • Experience with Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs • Proficiency in AWS Cloud Services: EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway • Knowledge of SQL and Relational Databases • Experience with CI/CD Pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle • Familiarity with Unit Testing: JUnit and Mockito • Understanding of Cloud Security, Performance Optimization, and Troubleshooting
