About the Role We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices • Design and implement REST APIs • Work with Hibernate, JPA, and SQL databases • Utilize Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ for messaging • Implement multithreading, concurrency, and JVM performance tuning Requirements • 7+ years of overall IT experience • Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17 or higher • Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Framework • Strong experience in Microservices architecture and REST APIs • Hands-on experience with Hibernate, JPA, and SQL databases • Experience with Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ • Knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and JVM performance tuning • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
