About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices and backend systems. This role involves leading architectural decisions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, test, and deploy enterprise-grade microservices using Java and Spring Boot • Lead technical design discussions and establish architecture patterns • Conduct code reviews, mentor software engineers, and ensure code quality • Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize database queries • Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, DevOps, and frontend developers Requirements • Over 10+ years of experience with Java (Java 11/17+) • Expert-level mastery of OOP, Multithreading, Concurrency, and Design Patterns • Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data • Deep expertise in Microservices Architecture, RESTful API design, and distributed cloud-native architecture • Strong hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines • Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL) • Experience with Hibernate/JPA and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, or Redis) • Solid experience with enterprise messaging platforms (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS) • Expertise in TDD, Unit Testing with JUnit and Mockito • Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js)
