About the Role We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to take end-to-end ownership of software solutions across analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Java backend development, Spring Boot, GCP, microservices, and RESTful APIs, while contributing to scalable solutions and engineering best practices. Key Responsibilities • Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement business and technical IT solutions using appropriate SDLC methodologies. • Build, enhance, integrate, and support Java-based backend applications. • Design and develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot. • Develop and maintain secure, reliable, and high-performance RESTful APIs. • Design, deploy, and support applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Participate in solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and system conversions. • Use appropriate tools and techniques to analyze, identify, and resolve business and technical issues. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements, validate scope, and deliver effective solutions. • Apply software engineering best practices across development, testing, integration, and implementation activities. • Contribute to technology adoption, continuous improvement, and solution support initiatives.
