About the Role We are looking for a Java Backend Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing complex enterprise applications using Java/J2EE and AWS services. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise applications using Java/J2EE • Architect and implement solutions leveraging AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, and API Gateway • Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for provisioning and managing AWS resources • Develop and consume RESTful web services with attention to performance, security, and scalability • Provide technical leadership, establish best practices, and guide code quality and architectural decisions • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable plans • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote continuous learning • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues to ensure stability and performance
