About the Role We are looking for a Java Backend Developer to join our team. This is a long-term contract position requiring 13–15 years of experience. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement RESTful APIs • Work with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture • Develop solutions using Kafka and messaging systems • Implement SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) • Apply multithreading, concurrency, and design patterns • Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Maven/Gradle • Write unit tests using JUnit • Work with cloud and distributed systems Requirements • 13–15 years of experience with Java 8/11/17+ • Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and Microservices • Experience with REST APIs and Kafka • Proficiency in SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) • Understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and design patterns • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Maven/Gradle • JUnit and unit testing experience • Cloud and distributed systems experience Interview Details In-person coding interview is required. Candidates must bring their own laptop for the live coding assessment. Preferred interview slots are 12 PM – 3 PM on November 11, 12, or 13, 2026 (Tuesday–Thursday).
