About the Role JPMorgan Chase is seeking hands-on Java Backend Developers for Mid-Level, Senior-Level, and Lead-Level positions. Candidates will work on backend development with AWS, Kubernetes, and Cassandra. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Java backend systems • Work with AWS, Kubernetes, and Cassandra technologies • Collaborate with technical teams on implementation Requirements • Strong hands-on experience in Java Backend Development • Experience with AWS • Experience with Kubernetes • Exposure to Cassandra (hands-on experience is a plus) • Mid-Level: Minimum 5+ years of experience • Senior-Level: Minimum 7+ years of experience • Lead-Level: Minimum 10+ years of experience Note: Even the Lead-level position requires hands-on Java backend development. This is not an architecture-only or people-management role.
