About the Role We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to join our team. This role focuses on building robust, high-quality applications using Java/J2EE technologies. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and global IT teams • Deliver robust, high-quality applications • Implement scalable backend solutions Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Java backend development • Strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate • Excellent knowledge of design patterns and enterprise application architecture • Hands-on experience with RESTful Web Services, SOAP, XML, XPath, XSLT, and JSON • Experience with Apache Tomcat or similar application servers • Strong SQL skills; Sybase or DB2 preferred • Experience with JUnit and profiling tools such as JProfiler or JProbe • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps integration, and JIRA • Exposure to AI tools and AI models • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
