About the Role We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to join our team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and enterprise-grade backend applications. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade microservices using Java and Spring Boot • Lead technical design discussions and drive architectural decisions • Establish architecture patterns and enforce engineering best practices • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers • Identify performance bottlenecks and troubleshoot complex production issues • Optimize database queries, application performance, and memory utilization • Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and frontend teams Requirements • Strong expertise in Java 11/17+, OOP, Multithreading, Concurrency, and Design Patterns • Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data • Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful API design • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Docker and Kubernetes • CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions • Knowledge of cloud-native IAM services such as AWS IAM and Azure AD/Entra ID • Strong SQL and relational database experience (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL) • Hibernate/JPA and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, or Redis) • Experience with Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS • TDD, JUnit, Mockito, and automated integration testing • Working knowledge of React.js, Angular, or Vue.js • Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
