About the Role We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team at Asian Technology Solutions for a banking client. This role requires strong backend development skills and experience with modern Java technologies. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Java backend systems using Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud • Design and implement microservices architecture • Work with high-concurrency systems and fault-tolerant design • Utilize message queues like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ • Integrate with databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch • Containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in Java Backend Development • Strong knowledge of Microservices, high-concurrency systems, and fault-tolerant design • Experience with Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ • Proficient in Oracle/PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch • Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Jenkins, and GitLab CI
