About the Role We are looking for experienced Java Developers with strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and AI technologies such as LLMs and RAG pipelines to develop and integrate intelligent enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop and integrate intelligent enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and AI technologies • Work with Apache Kafka for messaging • Implement RAG pipelines and LLMs • Integrate AI with enterprise applications Requirements • Strong experience in Java • Spring and Spring Boot • Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka • Knowledge of RAG pipelines and LLMs • Experience with Python • Cloud experience with AWS • Understanding of AI integration with enterprise applications • 12+ years of overall IT experience • Must be local to Charlotte, NC or nearby • Must be available for onsite work
