About the Role We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team in Chicago, IL. This role focuses on developing enterprise-scale Transactional FX platforms and working with modern AI-driven engineering initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs • Work on enterprise application development, solution architecture, and application modernization • Integrate AI/GenAI technologies and Agentic AI frameworks into applications • Implement CI/CD processes and automated testing • Ensure application performance in cloud environments Requirements • 8-15 years of experience in Java development • Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs • Experience in enterprise application development and solution architecture • Knowledge of AI/GenAI integration and Agentic AI frameworks • Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud environments • Banking/Financial Services domain experience is highly preferred • Exposure to C++, Python, and Quartz is a plus
