About the Role We are looking for a Java Developer to join Kerol Systems Pvt. Ltd. and build scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. This role focuses on backend engineering and solving complex technical challenges. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain scalable Java applications • Build robust backend services and REST APIs • Optimize application performance and resource utilization • Manage file processing, storage, and enterprise system integrations • Ensure software quality through comprehensive testing • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver reliable solutions Requirements • 3–8 years of experience with Java development • Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOPs, and Java 8 Features • Experience with Multithreading, Concurrency, and Synchronization • Proficiency in Java NIO, ByteBuffer, and File I/O • Familiarity with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, JDBC, and REST APIs • Experience with Maven, OSGi, and Apache Karaf • Knowledge of Python, Linux/RHEL, Shell Scripting, and Git • Experience with Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and Performance Optimization
