About the Role We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team for a 12+ month contract. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications using Java and Spring Boot. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java and Spring Boot. • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices. • Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. • Integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs. • Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and efficient code. • Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business analysts, QA engineers, and other developers. • Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews. • Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and quality through testing and best coding practices. • Support application deployment, production troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance. Requirements • Strong hands-on experience in Java and object-oriented programming. • Experience developing applications using Spring Boot and the Spring Framework. • Proficiency in ReactJS and modern frontend development. • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs. • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. • Experience with SQL databases and database integration. • Familiarity with Git or other version control tools. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
