About the Role We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our team at Khoj Information Technology. This role focuses on developing enterprise-level applications using Java/J2EE and JBoss/WildFly application servers. Key Responsibilities • Develop Java applications using Core Java, J2EE, and object-oriented programming • Work with JBoss/WildFly application servers • Design and develop REST APIs and web services • Utilize Spring Framework and Spring Boot • Work with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL • Use Maven/Gradle, Git, and other development tools • Perform debugging, performance tuning, and production support Requirements • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development • Strong knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, and object-oriented programming • Practical experience with JBoss/WildFly application servers • Experience developing REST APIs and web services • Working knowledge of Spring Framework and Spring Boot • Experience with SQL and relational databases • Familiarity with Maven/Gradle, Git, debugging, performance tuning, and production support Good to Have • Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and enterprise system integration experience • Familiarity with ANSI X12/EDIFACT standards and EDI transactions • Exposure to messaging technologies such as Kafka, JMS, or RabbitMQ • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
